Dimitrios Gounopoulos is a Professor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Bath (previously Head of Department – Research). He is as well the External Examiner for the University of Warwick, the University of Manchester and the University of York (previously at Imperial College London, University of Leeds, the University of Nottingham, and the University of Sheffield among others). He is an occasional columnist in Columbia University, School of Law prestigious CLS Blue Sky Blog on issues relating to regulations intervention as well as a Visiting Research Scholar. Further, he serves as a Senior Visiting Research Fellow in the School of Business Management and Economics of the University of Sussex and Visiting fellow in Newcastle University Business School of Newcastle University.
